Hodson Golf/Independence GC will host Titleist Thursdays!

Hodson Golf and Independence Golf Club will be the regions only destination to host “Titleist Thursdays”. Beginning April 21, 2016, the official Titleist fitting crew will be available at Independence Golf Club from 3:00-7:00 showcasing the full Titleist & Scotty Cameron equipment line for both fitting and trial.  This unique event will run for 10 straight Thursdays ending June 16, 2016.  Hodson Golf will also be available to help out with any questions and/or fittings. This event will run every Thursday for 10 weeks and we will be the only destination south of D.C. to offer this special event to the general public. Due to expected demand we will be offering/allocating fitting times for those traveling from further distances including Roanoke, Tidewater or the Charlottesville areas. Stay tuned for more information on this unique spring event which will include a unique “Get-fit, play, and stay” package for those destination golfers.  This is the “real deal” event typically offered only to exclusive private country clubs. Take advantage of this exciting opportunity to come out and try the exciting new lineup while hitting true ProV balls alongside a Trackman launch monitor.

About Andrew Hodson

I am the youngest with in a golfing family which has spanned three generations. My grandfather started the tradition in England (Bert Hodson-1931 Ryder Cup Team) and has since passed on his knowledge and love of the game. Although I did not follow in the steps of my father and grandfather on a professional golfing level, my love of the game and commitment to accurately fit equipment has only grown. Even as a kid I enjoyed re-gripping clubs which eventually led to refinishing wood heads, re-shafting, and now has culminated in more detailed custom club fitting, building, and repair.
